TopicsThe LASER Safety and Program Development course is an online training course in the design and maintenance of an effective LASER safety program specific to the LASER hazards within each workplace.

Once complete, you will be able to apply the information provided to develop a LASER safety program specific to your lab situation. Upon request, HSE will review the policies and procedures developed. The developed documents can become the operational standard in your lab.
Course Organization
There are 6 modules and 5 quizzes in the course. Complete the modules and their associated quizzes in order. You must obtain a mark of 70% or greater on each module quiz in order to proceed to the next module. There is one final exam and 1 assignment to submit online. Once you have completed the course, contact HSE to obtain a certificate of completion.

- Search for the Laser Safety and Program Development Course.
- Complete all 6 sections.
